Safety, Compliance & Maintenance Manager — Buckeye, AZ · Full-time, in-office
This is an office leadership position — not a truck-driving job. You’ll oversee the safety and compliance side of JASKO’s motor-carrier operation while coordinating fleet maintenance, working directly with drivers, equipment, vendors, insurance, and management.
Safety & compliance:
- FMCSA/DOT compliance
- Driver qualification files
- Clearinghouse administration
- Drug & alcohol program administration
- HOS/ELD review
- CSA/SMS monitoring
- Inspections and violations
- Accident and claim documentation
- Safety training and driver coaching
- Insurance-related documentation
- Maintenance-compliance records
Fleet maintenance coordination (coordination and control — not a mechanic role):
- Preventive maintenance scheduling
- Repair follow-up
- Out-of-service issues
- Vendor and dealer coordination
- Keeping trucks and trailers compliant and available
Our fleet is primarily late-model Volvo VNL 860 and Peterbilt 579 tractors with refrigerated trailers. Motor-carrier safety and compliance background required.
OTR Dispatcher / Driver Manager / Load Planner — Buckeye, AZ · Full-time, in-office
JASKO Enterprises is hiring an experienced OTR Dispatcher / Driver Manager / Load Planner for our Buckeye, Arizona office. This role combines three functions — it is not a simple check-call dispatch position.
Driver management:
- Daily communication with OTR CDL drivers
- Load assignments and appointment management
- ETA and service monitoring
- HOS awareness
- Resolving operational problems
- Breakdown coordination
- Keeping drivers productive
Load planning:
- Planning current loads and reloads
- Positioning trucks to reduce unnecessary deadhead
- Knowing where trucks will empty
- Anticipating weak freight markets
- Making decisions based on the entire trip, not one load
Freight procurement:
- Working load boards and existing broker/customer relationships
- Calling on freight and negotiating rates
- Booking loads
- Evaluating RPM, deadhead, destination and reload potential, and overall trip economics
You should understand refrigerated OTR operations and be able to make real freight decisions — not just dispatch loads someone else booked.

Freight Broker / Account Manager — Buckeye, AZ · Full-time, in-office
A sales and revenue-producing office role on the brokerage and customer side — primarily JASKO Logistics — while also developing customer relationships and freight opportunities for our asset-based carrier. This is distinct from carrier dispatch.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect shippers and develop accounts
- Quote freight and negotiate rates
- Book and cover loads
- Communicate with carriers and customers
- Track shipments and resolve service problems
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
We need someone who can actually develop freight and customers — not just do data entry on an established book.
Ideal background:
- Freight brokerage or transportation sales experience
- Shipper and customer development
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Quoting and rate negotiation
- Load boards and carrier sourcing
- Account management — producing or managing a book of business
Senior Accountant — Buckeye, AZ · Full-time, in-office
JASKO Enterprises is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records for our transportation business.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Customer invoicing and collections
- Payroll and payment processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense tracking and reporting
- General accounting and recordkeeping
- Monthly financial reporting
- Coordination with management and external accountants
Software
- Transportation Management System (TMS)

Qualifications
Previous accounting experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software required.
