When you apply for work or driving opportunities, we may also collect employment history, qualifications, licensing and safety information, availability, and other application information needed to evaluate or process your interest.

We may also receive information from customers, brokers, service providers, public records, safety and qualification sources, and other parties involved in transportation or recruiting.

Social Media, Messenger, and Instant Forms

JASKO may use social media pages, advertising platforms, messenger services, text messaging, chat tools, and recruiting or lead-generation instant forms. This may include services operated by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms. If you submit an instant form, send a direct message, respond to an advertisement, or communicate through one of these services, JASKO may receive the information you provide along with campaign, referral, and platform-generated details.

Those platforms may separately collect and use information under their own privacy policies. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through social media or ordinary messenger channels. JASKO may move a conversation to an approved application, telephone, email, or secure document process when additional information is required.

How We Use Information

• Review lanes, equipment needs, shipment requirements, and capacity requests.
• Recruit, communicate with, evaluate, and onboard applicants, drivers, contractors, and employees.

How We Share Information

We may share information within the JASKO organization and with service providers that support hosting, communications, recruiting, applicant processing, transportation operations, analytics, advertising, security, professional services, and recordkeeping. Shipment information may be shared with authorized customers, brokers, drivers, facilities, insurers, and vendors as needed to perform or support transportation services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, safety need, insurance requirement, legal claim, or a transaction involving the business. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile phone information or text-message consent with third parties for their independent marketing.

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee employment, engagement, or placement.

Messages and Communication Choices

You may ask us to stop nonessential marketing or recruiting communications. For text messages, reply STOP when that option is provided; reply HELP or contact us for assistance. Transactional, safety, employment, application, and service-related communications may continue when needed for an active relationship or request.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, our operational and legal obligations, dispute resolution, safety, and recordkeeping. Retention periods vary by the type of record and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no website, email, messenger, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
