Driver Privacy & Identity Verification Policy
To Our Valued Customers, Brokers, and Business Partners: JASKO Enterprises, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and personal information of our drivers while maintaining the highest level of cargo security and fraud prevention.
JASKO WILL PROVIDE
- Company truck photographs displaying JASKO branding and USDOT information
- Tractor and trailer numbers, VIN and license plate photos
- Driver first and last name when operationally necessary
- Vehicle registration information when contractually required
- GPS tracking through approved freight visibility platforms
- Location and ETA updates from dispatch
- Proof of pickup and delivery documentation
- Certificate of insurance and W-9
JASKO WILL NOT PROVIDE
- Driver selfies or facial photographs
- Photographs of driver’s licenses (CDL) sent by text or email
- Personal cell phone numbers
- Installation of third-party apps on a driver’s personal phone
- Tracking of a driver’s personal mobile device outside approved visibility platforms
- Personal email addresses, social media, or biometric information
Fraud Prevention
JASKO understands the growing concern around freight fraud and cargo theft. Our dispatch department is available to verify driver identity, equipment assignment, tractor and trailer numbers, shipment status, and load authorization — through reasonable procedures that respect driver privacy.
