JASKO Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliated companies (“JASKO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) use social media platforms to communicate with customers, drivers, job applicants, business partners, vendors, and members of the public.

This policy applies to social media activities conducted by JASKO Enterprises, Inc.; JASKO Logistics, Inc.; JASKO Leasing, LLC; and JASKO Holdings, LLC. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

• Information submitted through customer, carrier, vendor, parking, leasing, or other business inquiry forms.

We may also receive information made available by the social media platform according to your account settings and that platform’s privacy practices.

Recruiting and Employment Inquiries

JASKO uses social media advertising and lead forms to identify and communicate with potential applicants for driver, operations, accounting, safety, maintenance, logistics, and other employment opportunities.

Information submitted through a recruiting advertisement or lead form may be used to review your interest and qualifications; contact you regarding an opportunity; request a résumé or employment application; schedule an interview; identify another relevant JASKO opportunity; maintain recruiting and applicant records; and comply with applicable employment and recordkeeping requirements.

Submitting a social-media lead form does not constitute a formal offer of employment. Applicants may later be directed to a JASKO website or application system to provide information required for the hiring process.

Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through social-media messages.

Customer and Business Inquiries

Information submitted through JASKO social-media advertisements or messages may be used to respond to inquiries concerning transportation services, freight brokerage, equipment leasing, truck or trailer parking, property services, vendor relationships, or other legitimate JASKO business activities.
