Carrier Verification and Fraud Prevention Notice

Practical steps to verify JASKO communications and reduce cargo-fraud risk.

Verify JASKO

Confirm USDOT 1134923, MC 461470 and SCAC JEIV through authoritative records.

Verify telephone numbers, email domains and payment instructions independently. The public main number is 877-355-2756.

Be cautious with last-minute changes to pickup location, carrier identity, bank information or payment method.

Sensitive information

Do not send portal passwords, fuel-card data, banking credentials, driver Social Security numbers, medical records or permit-book credentials through public forms or unverified email.

JASKO will not use a public webpage to request a driver’s complete credential package.

Report suspicious activity

Pause the transaction, preserve evidence and call JASKO Operations (Ext. 900), Safety (Ext. 800) or Insurance (Ext. 600). Do not rely only on contact information contained in the suspicious message.
