At JASKO, You can expect to be home as often as you like. Our main lane is Florida – Midwest and back. Most of our drivers are family oriented and are home very often. We will be offering peak rates that industry offers.

We will not call you at home to tell you that you need to go on the road. It's up to you to decide how much you need to work. However, once you are on the road, we expect you to take loads that are being offered at that time.

Our company trucks are 2015 Volvo VNL 670, equipped with a 12 speed I-Shift Transmission, Volvo engine, Accident prevention safety features, two bunks, full fairings, Bluetooth, mp3 and many more goodies. Our company Refrigerated trailers are high-spec 2012 Utility 3000R with Carrier x2100A,all aluminum wheels, Michelin tires, Tire Inflation System, Stainless front and back.

Drivers would be required to be employed for at least three months and passengers have to be at least eighteen years of age. For more info, please contact our safety department.

We pay Lumpers directly or advance cash on drivers fuel card to use to pay Lumpers. After receiving drivers paperwork and legible receipt, we reimburse on the next settlement.

Yes, your paycheck amount will be in your bank account early Friday morning.

Assuming your background employment history pass our qualification, you will then be sent for a drug test. After that orientation, then you are dispatched

We hire Owner Operators from all 48 States.

We only hire company drivers that are from Florida or Colorado.

We truly do know our drivers by name. Our fleet manager to driver ratio is very low and we want you to stay for the long haul. Hiring drivers just to simply fill a truck is not the way to become a successful carrier. Many of our drivers as well as our office staff have been with us for years.
