Safety and Regulatory Compliance Commitment
JASKO’s public statement on FMCSA compliance, safe operation and reporting.
Core commitment
Safety takes priority over schedule, revenue and convenience. JASKO expects compliance with applicable FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, inspection requirements, drug and alcohol requirements, company policy and lawful operating instructions.
Driver responsibility
Drivers must conduct required inspections, accurately record duty status, use seat belts, avoid distracted driving, comply with posted limits and conditions, secure cargo, protect temperature-controlled freight and report defects or incidents promptly.
No employee, customer or third party may require a driver to violate law or operate when unsafe.
Technology
JASKO uses Motive electronic logging and road-facing AI dash-camera technology on equipped tractors. These systems support compliance, coaching, incident review and protection of drivers and the public.
Emergency reporting
Call 911 first for an immediate threat to life or public safety. Then notify JASKO Safety through 877-355-2756, Ext. 800, as soon as conditions permit.
