Website Form and Document Submission Notice

What may and may not be submitted through public JASKO web forms.

Public forms

Public contact and quote forms are intended for ordinary business information. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, driver’s-license images, medical records, passwords, fuel-card numbers or other sensitive personal data.

Secure submissions

When JASKO needs a protected document, an authorized representative will provide the approved secure submission method. Verify the request through the main number before uploading.

Future driver and contractor portals may require a verified Driver ID and authenticated access. A public page will not display permit-book or account credentials.

Routing

Messages are routed by the selected department. Calling 877-355-2756 and using the published extension is the best option for urgent operational, safety or cargo matters.
